Punjab Kings captain shreysh iyer has been fined 24 lakh rupees for maintaining a slow over-rate during the Indian Premier League (IPL) match against Chennai Super kings .
This is the second offence, and Iyer was previously fined ₹12 lakh after their season opener against Gujarat Titans. If he commits another offence, he could face a fine of up to ₹30 lakh and a one-match suspension. The rest of the playing XI, including the Impact Player, have been fined ₹6 lakh or 25% of their match fees, whichever is lesser .
