Shahid Kapoor and Triptii Dimri’s romantic revenge drama, O Romeo, has successfully sailed past the ₹83 crore mark at the global box office. On its tenth day (second Sunday), the film recorded a collection of ₹3.25 crore in India, bringing its total domestic earnings to approximately ₹55.90 crore. Directed by Vishal Bhardwaj and based on Hussain Zaidi’s book Mafia Queens of Mumbai, the film features a star-studded cast including Nana Patekar, Tamannaah Bhatia, and Vikrant Massey. While the first Sunday saw a strong performance with ₹12.5 crore, the second-week numbers indicate a significant slowdown as the film navigates mixed critical and audience reception.
The movie’s overall Hindi occupancy stood at a modest 13.15% on its tenth day, reflecting a cooling interest after its initial release on February 13, 2026. Despite the “lukewarm” momentum in domestic theaters, the international market has provided a steady boost, helping the film reach a worldwide total of ₹83.1 crore. As the film enters its second Monday (Day 11), industry trackers are monitoring whether it can maintain a stable hold to further close the gap toward the ₹100 crore milestone. Vishal Bhardwaj, who also composed the film’s music, continues to receive attention for his unique adaptation of Mumbai’s underworld narratives.
