
With the creation of the Matsya-6000 submersible, India’s Deep Ocean Mission is progressing. The National Institute of Ocean Technology is spearheading this initiative, which intends to improve India’s ocean exploration capabilities.
The submersible will be crucial to the exploration of ocean resources and the research of marine biodiversity since it is built to function at depths of up to 6,000 meters.
